The Youth Stars Voices Student Committee presents “See the Future” fundraiser film festival benefitting West Island Community Shares – “Raising crucial funds for West Island charities since 1998.” The Film Festival is an all age’s event developed by youth for youth! The film festival will be taking place on Saturday, February 9th, 2013 at Riverdale High school, located at 5060 Boulevard Des Sources, Pierrefonds, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The Youth Stars foundation in collaboration with Malik Shaheed, local philanthropist, presents the Cultural Diversity Tour celebrating Black History. The goal of the tour is to promote cultural diversity and Black History while teaching youth about the significant contributions that Black people have made in Quebec and Canadian society and the world.

On Sunday, December 16th, 2012, world renowned restaurant, Buonanotte partnered with Youth Stars Foundation and celebrity host, Malik Shaheed, to bring you “Eat to the Beat”, Youth Stars Holiday Benefit Lunch, a luncheon that fed over 400 children in a safe, exciting environment. Montreal, Thursday, April 19th, 2012 – The Youth Stars Foundation and Dance Quebec was proud to present the 2nd edition of the Quebec Youth Dance Championships, in hopes of encouraging teenagers to stay in shape by developing a healthy lifestyle while doing an activity that truly motivates them.

Dance Quebec, a division of the Youth Stars Foundation, is extremely involved in the dance community, providing dance programs that emphasize positive communication, team work, and healthy living habits.

Youth Stars Foundation in partnership with CLC Riverdale presents the Youth Stars Voices, an event production project that empowers youth by giving them the confidence and attributes that will be useful for their future endeavors.

Danse Quebec, part of the Youth Stars Foundation, a non-profit organization who use dance, arts and sports to positively motivate youth is seeking reliable, motivated and energetic junior dance teachers to teach dance

Malik Shaheed, musical artist, TV Host/ reporter for Metro 14 TV and, former MusiquePlus VJ is now a member of the Culture in the Schools Program 2012/2013.
